Psychoeducational Services and Pricing

Evaluation

  • We provide psychoeducation evaluations in order to assess the current situation that might be contributing to difficulties.

  • We can also evaluate your child's development although no diagnosis could be provided. Referrals will be made if there is any suspected diagnosis that requires psychological or multidisciplinary evaluation.

Intervention plan

  • After the evaluation is completed, we outline specific goals in an intervention plan.

Intervetion follow-up

  • Once the intervention plan is established, we will work in collaboration with you in order to achieve the goals by using evidence-based psychoeducational intervention strategies.

Help with forms

  • We provide help filling out subsidy and tax-credit forms for children who have diagnoses.

  • We also can help filling out daycare integration forms, professional reports and integration plans.

Communication with professionals

  • We could communicate with any external party who is involved with your child such as educators, teachers, schools, daycares, other multidisciplinary professionals.

Referrals

  • We can provide referrals to specific partners and external organizations that might compliment our psychoeducational services.

At home

Home meetings are prioritized for observations in order to ensure a thorough evaluation of the current situation.

Online

Online meetings are prioritized for discussions, parental coaching, video-feeback sessions, information sessions.

Note: Internet and a videoconference application are required to participate in online meetings.

At daycare/school

School or daycare meetings are prioritized if the difficulties experienced are predominantly occurring in those locations.

Note: We are required to observe at the daycare in order to fill out the professional report for integration.
